NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE! We brought our car here for warranty service and it took two weeks to 'fix' then when we went to pick up the car another light came on. They took our car again to 'fix' it and we get the car back running terribly. The wheels were shaky, the car is making noises it never made, and Fairfield Volkswagen Service Department refuses to fix it. We have called, emailed, and shown up in person and have only been disrespected by multiple people. There is still not a fix to the problem as we have been given the runaround by everyone we contact for over two weeks. We will never patron this dealership again. (12/2020)nn(1/2021) Edited to add: After months of dealing with Fairfield Volkswagen's terrible service department, we end up buying a new car because we don't have time to deal with constant issues with the service department... obviously we did not go with a Volkswagen.nn(3/2021) Edited to add: Spoke with Ian, the new Fairifield Volkswagen general manager. Ian is literally the only reason we would ever consider revisiting being a Volkswagen customer again. Fairfield is now under great care due to his management. Five stars for Ian, zero stars for our previous experience at this location.

Had a great experience with Steve Haas working the deal completely online. When I did come in to sign paperwork, everyone was very nice and helpful. The only issue we had was around the detailing of the car, as I’d probably say with every dealer now, just tell them not to detail it and do it on your own. Very satisfied with the experience!

Went to purchase a Buick Regal that was pulled up in anticipation of my visit. The salesman stared at me 3 minutes as I walked around the vehicle and only came outside when another couple pulled up. I addressed him as he stood waiting for their approach and was told I will get someone to help you. I promptly left, it felt unwelcoming and the salesman had little communication skills. My dollar is valuable and I appreciate being treated respectfully.

Great experience on service I had Liz who is very knowledgeable and very friendly she made sure everything flowed smoothly and easy. Will be back and will make sure that I have her every time. She explains everything with lots of detail and makes sure you understand. The technician Nicholas did an amazing job kept my passat very clean and put everything back properly. He made sure that is fixed and I can't even tell he was in the vehicle. I'm very pleased with the service.

The service is always excellent. This was just a manufacturers recall. Have had no mechanical problems with my 2018 Tiguan. The service advisor Elizabeth Dietrich was extremely courteous and informative. I love that they also wash your car! The waiting room is always very clean and comfortable.
