11/7/20- Unfortunately, I have updated my rating based off of my experience after the purchase . We had some issues with service on warranty issues and lack of customer service that were only addressed after I reached out to the owner.nnI called service 10/19/2020 regarding my kitchen sink falling in on our new unit and found that Forest River has service bulletin for free repair by dealer. When I called, I was told that it would need to be researched, even after providing the bulletin number. When they called back to say they would do the repair; they told me it would be 1/11/2021 before they could assess the issue. I called Forest River and got parts sent to me and fixed it.nnWe moved on from that and contacted our sales person regarding a fifth wheel we seen online because we considered moving to a larger unit. She responded via text for a few days and said that she would get back with me to get some numbers together. I have since been ghosted. Guess we got kicked out of the family?nnOriginal Post:nnIt's nice to be able to go to a dealer and not get hounded as soon as you exit your vehicle. Having the units open on Saturday is great and gives you the ability to check out what each have to offer. We worked with Bernice over the last few years and though she did not sell us our first unit in 2014, she did sell us our new one in 11/2019. From Bernice, Vickie in finance, and our PDI person; we were treated like part of the family.

Only dealt with Pete online and on the phone. He was nice enough when we he provide me price and trade in offer. I told him I was going to shop around. I received better pricing from another dealership, and then asked Pete if Colerain could improve their offer. He refused to change his offer or to negotiate. Needless to say, I found much better offers out there for both sale price of new unit and trade in value on our current RV. When he called me back 2 days later, he was no longer courteous - like I was being rude for making him wait on my decision. I told him I had a much better deal. He said 'buy it' and abruptly hung up the phone on me. Apparently, only courteous is they can push bad deals on their customers. #SoreLosers

We went there looking for something in our price range. We were open to new and used. There was a new one that we really liked the floor plan. But it was way out of our price range and we would need to sell our camper for top dollar first. The sales person did not really show us any used and there was nothing in the length we wanted so he pushed the new one insisting on a $1000 deposit. Even offered a trade in value that we could turn down IF we sell it in the specified time frame. We explained it was out of our price range. Mind you we are wanting to pay cash. We were told they would follow up with an email. Never heard from them again. They just wanted to make the new camper sale. Really pushed the 1000 deposit. We sold our camper for much more than what they offered and are now actively looking. We plan on buying, just depends on who wants our money

I'm interested in buying the 2021 Sport trek Touring. The local store didn't have a model here. I called this location and was lucky. I spoke with Sales Rep, Glen. He was so nice and friendly. I drove to see their model. Glen was so helpful. I really appreciate his knowledge and help.
