Paying 340 for a 2011 Ford Explorer LOVE the car, check engine light came in the next day. The transmission went out....they got it towed to the shop had if for a week. Returned it check engine light STILL on... but was running fine I let it go. Now, out power steering went out... three kids...picked our daughter up from school and no warning what do ever POWER STEERING OUT! I traded in a car for something I hoped was reliable! I told them we had 3 children & one on the way and needed something with a warranty after them putting us in the car they last minute told us no warranty but this car was reliable. We owe them 100 for insurance and they are SO worried about that but we are paying for this wreck of a car & to get it fixed!!! All I asked was for something SAFE & RELIABLE. that’s all!!! I WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

I would steer clear from businesses who disrespect and don’t value their customers. Who tells their customers that they wouldn’t want them in their face only because they disagree with them. They are misleading and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache. Their sales person Kemon is just plain disrespectful and rude. Take your business where they will value you. They can say they do and put customers first but the proof is everywhere online. They will argue with you and disrespect you and then pretend they care about customer service. I love this place they are fast and they get u what ever car u want cara she so good and nice I love this place I will recommend people to go there y’all will love it

Would not recommend! Talks about smoking weed instanly with me and also likes to try and pull on over on customers. Doesn’t know what is and isn’t wrong and it fixed with the vehicles that they are trying to sell! Overpriced junk is what I would say in nice terms! Go to a different dealer!!!
