This is based solely on my own personal experience.nnThey deserve a one star rating for their treatment of a b7 RS4 and 2 stars for their behavior as a used car dealer.nnThey attempted to sell me a car that “runs great, everything is fine.” After I got it inspected the shop said it needed 5-8k worth of work. It needed dif bushings, had multiple oil leaks, a cv boot, scored rotors, disgusting brake fluid, an upstream 02 sensor, and threw 3 error lights in 20 minutes. In their defense it did run fine. I should note that this shop knew that I would be going elsewhere to have that work done so their was no conflict of interest on the inspection. However, the car is more expensive to maintain than your average car. The manager then refused to give me back my deposit which he said was “totally refundable.” That bothered me mostly on principle since it was only a 250 dollar deposit and I gave them a 190 dollar inspection report and a full tank of gas. I hope that 250 is going to great use George. Otherwise, they were friendly and fairly laid back. If I were in the market for a “normal” functional car, I wouldn’t necessarily rule out this dealer. Just get a PPI and have a deposit agreement in writing, which is fairly normal.
