I do have to say, I was happy from beginning to end. This was my first time in a Chevy dealership. And guess how I got there as I did not have a ride there?. My salesperson Brad came and got me, yes you heard me right with the virus and all it was a random act of kindness. Also I am a senior and not good with electronics Brad was very patient with me showing me more than once how everything worked, he even helped me with the music part as I had no idea how to work it. I was used to a c.d. player. If you are like me and a senior and not the best at electronics ask for Brad, you won't be disappointed you will feel comfortable with him. He did not pressure me in any way and always showed me options. Now a Chevy buyer for life.
I worked with Mike Thomas. I had gone to several dealers with little to no help. I called Mike and he stuck with me from start to finish. He worked the deal with me and made me feel like he truly cared about his customer. I told Mike I was in sales and it comes down to the customer actually wanting to buy from that individual, the salesman. Mike has won my business for a very long time and will not be the last time I buy a vehicle from Mike Thomas.nnMike's sales manager even came out and congratulated me on my new vehicle. I could not have better things to say about Jake Sweeney Chevrolet. I came in to get my 2009 Malibu serviced, and while I was waiting I saw the signage for their Vehicle Exchange Program. When my Malibu came back with deeper mechanical issues than anticipated, I decided it was time to upgrade. Mike Adams in the Service department was kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. When I got to the Vehicle Exchange Office Matt Brown couldn’t have been a better salesmen to work with. He was extremely helpful in finding the perfect vehicle. Jake Sweeney Chevrolet has gone above and beyond for us and has earned themselves a lifetime customer.
Do NOT buy from this dealer. I paid to have running boards installed and my rims powder coated. I was told on a Friday, I could bring it in on Monday for my APPOINTMENT. When I arrived on my lunch break, which they were aware of, the salesman was not ready and it took 1.5 hours to drop my truck off. I was told it’d be ready in 2 days. Wednesday comes along, and nothing had been done to my truck. I was given excuse after excuse. Finally on Friday, they tell me it’s done and I will receive a call on Saturday to pick it up. No call. I call them and no one can tell me where my truck is, so I have to drive there to finally get an answer. I was told something didn’t set right when powder coating the rims. FINALLY on Monday late afternoon I can go pick it up. Only to find out there’s an extra 140 miles on my brand new truck. The rim shop is 10 miles away. So they had my truck for 1 week and added 100+ miles. They did not own up to their actions. Their is no leadership, morals, or customer service at this location. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The service staff are exceptional. Mike Adams was awesome. He listened to my questions and took care of my concerns right away. Thank you for providing excellent service
