Recently purchased a BMW i8 in February 2021 here. Within hours after I submitted an online interest in the vehicle, Brad Schultz from sales reached out to me. He was friendly, punctual courteous, straightforward and honest from the get go. He put in extra effort through out this process to make this as smooth as possible. Crystal Harrison also was extremely helpful with the paper work. I was able to finalize the numbers and get my car within a day. Overall, loved my experience there. Would recommend the dealership and Brad Schultz for anyone looking for a car. No reservations in recommending them!

Tyler Farmer was so helpful when ordering my X7 the process was smooth from the time I ordered till the time I picked it up. Recently when my purse was stolen Tyler went above and beyond with picking up my car to have re keyed to returning it detailed. Tyler helped make a stressful time less stressful! The customer service at BMW of Cincinnati North is amazing from sales to service.

This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Salesman Tyler Farmer did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire process and we are very happy with the end result. He also personally introduced us to others at the dealer who will help us during the life and maintenance of our new car. Overall a great experience!

I recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Cincinnati North and I have only the highest of praise for the team, and Brad Schultz in particular. This purchase was made in exceptionally difficult circumstances - I was arranging the purchase from Europe on the eve of my relocation back to the U.S., and needed to have the car shipped from Ohio to VA. Buying a car sight unseen is always a nerve-wracking experience, but Brad and the team made this an incredibly smooth and efficient process. Brad made sure I was happy with the car by providing detailed information, and also prepped it to perfection. This is hands down the most professional and trustworthy dealership I have ever worked with, and I intend to do further business with them despite the distance. My sincere thanks to the team, and Brad in particular. I highly recommend BMW of Cincinnati to all BMW owners, new and old.
