I highly recommend if you’re shopping for a new car to check out Daniel “Teddy” at Jake Sweeney Mitsubishi. The entire process was easy and he got my dad and I (cosigner) a fast approval for a beautiful 2019 Nissan Rogue . Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. He got us through the process and super easy financing after the paperwork was filled out. He was very polite and understanding. Professional, kind and very knowledgeable overall a complete 5 stars. We will definitely come back in the future !

Thelma Linton-Jones is a great saleswoman. Each time that I’ve had an encounter with her she’s been super helpful in taking care of my needs. I’m not all that great with cars and she has helped me with scheduling oil changes and concerns with different lights that come on in the car. She is very welcoming and makes sure to accommodate your needs when selling a car. I only go to her for all my car needs because she offers amazing service and support throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for great deals and great service go see Thelma!!

I stopped by Jake Sweeney Mitsubishi On March 9thTo see about getting a new car. I was very hesitant at first but when I got out of my car the sales lady Thelma Jones greeted me. She could tell I was nervous an she made me feel really comfortable. She was very professional an made me feel like I was her on customer there. She's amazing an ill definitely be back to purchase my car here in a few weeks. Mrs. Thelma Jones definitely needs a raise because you don't want to loose her from your sales team!

I had the absolute most wonderful experience with everyone at Jake Sweeney Mitsubishi. My salesman Brad was very helpful even though he was working with several other customers at the same time. He answered all of my questions and was patient with me trying to pick out a vehicle that I liked. Nick was also very helpful and was very courteous with my price negotiation lol. He got as much of a discount that he could to help lower my monthly payments. Then there was Aaron who helped explain everything in all of my paperwork while trying to hurry and get me processed so I could get home. I want to thank each and everyone that helped make a stressful situation become an exciting time for me. I would highly recommend Jake Sweeney!!

During my recent service visit, my experience was really good! Compared with another dealership I've dealt with, the service offered went above and beyond. They met all of my expectations and then some. Could tell by the receptionist and workers that they are all professional but you also feel comfortable. They do everything possible to get your needs and wants met. It was also very clean and comfortable. The wait was less than expected. Very satisfied!
