Same place with different people. Ive purchased 2 cars from here in the past. The cars are ok enough if you know what to look for. But the staff has changed. They are not willing to budge even when you have cash. The old staff was willing to work and get you a deal. I feel like the guys there now are definitely in the wrong part of town when dealing with minorities in a mostly minority part of town. And they act like it. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Recently purchased a used Lexus from this dealership. The beginning of the transaction was smooth and pleasant and John was patient while I was working through my financing. I live 2,000 miles away and did what I thought was a thorough check of the car's history and current condition. The video chat I had with John appeared to show no distinct flaws. I specifically asked John about rust and was told it was clean and nothing alarming stood out during the video chat. I flew into Cincinnati to drive the car home and in preparation for my drive, I purchased 2 new tires to go along side 2 other identical new tires which they had already installed. Two+ hours into my drive home, I had a blowout on one of the tires I purchased. This was quite alarming as might be expected. After installing the donut spare, I drove another 15 minutes to a gas station where I discovered that the remaining 3 tires were inflated to 60psi!!! I called the dealership and asked if I could get a refund on just the one tire that had a blowout. I was told that they would not refund me and that my only option was to drive 2+ hours back to the dealership on a donut that is rated for only 60 miles and then wait for one or two days to get the tire warrantied. As I was on a tight schedule and as it was risky to drive the donut that distance, this was a completely unreasonable request on their part for something that was clearly their fault. I was also shocked to discover additional damage to the car that was not disclosed to me despite my continual asking, such as a hack job fix of the passenger side mirror. That was kept skillfully hidden from me during the video chat. I was also shocked to discover that there was indeed quite a bit of rust on the undercarriage of the vehicle after being told there was not. I understand that there is a degree of responsibility that falls on myself, despite the due diligence I performed prior to the purchase. This, however, rises to a degree of deception and lack of responsibility on their part that is simply not acceptable and which needs to be brought to light for the sake of others who may be considering doing business with this dealership.

We really like them they have great quality cars for great prices this is our second car in four years from them we went straight back to them when needing another car!

No pressure dealership, great guys working there. The bad reviews made me apprehensive but I don't get it. Stuff happens with used cars it's the risk you take. I'm a satisfied customer and I will be back. Thanks Taylor and John!

Service not bad but many unsolicited phone calls since then. Warranty, insurance... Abnormal to sell our contact information after the transaction!
