I live here. One of the biggest Lots I am probably the second nicest trailers in here however this park needs help most of these homes in here are unlivable and abandon the owner is having me fix them up one at a time but could use more handy people or affordable contractors to help with some of these so they can livable and rented out keep this in mind as we need to get this place fixed up and filled with residence

Excellent place to live. Quiet and off of the main road gives you the #backwoods feel. New management and owner are making improvements all the time.

The park started as and ideal place to live on a temporary basis. A few months in, the mysterious owner signed a new park manager. A tenant, I'll refer to as Prick, with absolutely zero managerial experience took over. An older man and his tyrannical, shut-in wife. They began harassing me every single day. He parks his miscellaneous trucks all around the park, one in my yard and a couple in empty lots. The wife sat outside of the defunct laundromat just to spy on my family. They walk across my lawn on a daily basis to throw their garbage into a trash pile literally inches from my property-line. I've had enough with these people.
