I would normally rate them much higher but today's experience wasn't the best. The store hours listed on their numbers recording stated they opened at 6 am on Christmas Eve, but when we got there and stood in line for 45 minutes the store representative said they didn't open until 7 am. There is no excuse for that type of mix up. Honey Baked has been serving customers for years for the holiday and providing the correct extended holiday hours should be the norm. I can say the representative did open the door at 6:50 am to let us in out of the cold weather and was very friendly. He was also apologetic for the time mix up once the customers let him know about it.

Went here with my friend who wanted a Honey Baked Ham for Christmas dinner. They were well organized, keeping socially distance and running people through as fast as possible. Was well set up with plenty of personnel on hand. Was a good experience overall.

Placed order for trays New Year Eve. The meat tray was so fresh and delicious. Veggie tray was packed with wonderful fresh vegetables and ranch dressing . Fruit tray was great. The fruit so fresh and delicious and wonderful variety. We all loved it and would recommend for any occasion. Thank you!

We were able to pick out what we wanted. Safety practices are being used. Quick service. Dinner bundles not available, each item individually priced. Understand things are more expensive here, but some are outrageous, so check prices before purchasing.
