Long wait time for mobile order
Burgers not as good as they use to be.
The service here is just terrible. It's the closest one to my house and I'm usually disappointed when I go. Today, I sat in the drive-thru which has 2 lanes. They took orders from the other lane 5 cars in a row. I eventually went directly to the window to order. This is just one of many stories.
I just went through this disaster of a restaurant, I pulled in at 8:58 on a Saturday night. The line was backed up to the street as usual but I waited, I made it to the speaker at 9:23, they shut off the lights and told me they were closed as I was waiting to order. At least 15 cars behind me and most of us had been there for a long time. Why would you close so early on a Saturday and why would you let people wait that long just to be turned away? They will not get another penny from me!
They gave our order to the car ahead of us.nthey asked 4 times what we had ordernI ordered a sausage mcmuffin. the one with out the egg, they charged me for a sausage egg Mcmuffin with out egg.nhowever the food was good.
