This place makes my day so much better. The employees here are so kind and always have the best attitude.

Not bad at all unless the car in front of you orders everything on the menu
I live in Colerain but drive to this location. Their drinks are consistently made correct, the drive thru doesn't take 30 plus minutes, and the workers are always friendly. I will not get food or anything on Colerain Ave because the owners/ workers sure don't care what they serve, food is gross, workers are nasty, and I can drive down the road and throw my money out the window just the same.
The staff are friendly and the coffee is always good but this has to be the slowest Starbucks drive thru ever. You’ll spend upwards of 20 minutes in the line most times, and you’ll get stuck in the parking lot if you park and go inside due to the long drive thru.
