I have had some horrible experiences and good experiences. However I must say the drive thru teller Brandy is so friendly, respectful, patience, and excellent customer service skills. It always make my day to have Brandy as my teller I know my transitions will always be smooth. She makes this branch super pleasant oppose to other tellers. Maybe other tellers can learn something from Brandy. Thanks Brandy
I opened an interest free credit card to stretch out a large purchase. I am trying to make my first payment and I have never experienced worse customer service. I won't go on to tell the entire story. My experience is so bad If I can ever get to someone I am paying it off on the first payment just so I don't have to deal with Kemba again!
Ome of the worst waiting times I have ever had for at a bank. Both in person and on the phone. Waited over 30 minutes before someone answered just for them to tell me they couldnt and would have to transfer me, and then proceeded to end my call
Do not open up a business account here. It is pathetic that this day and age it will take you seven to 10 days to get a replacement card for your account. Definitely not an easy way to do business.
