DO NOT go to the Brentwood location. They are very unprofessional. Time management is terrible. I made a appt with they tax prep Barbara Taylor she was rude and very unprofessional. She missed our first appt that was scheduled and never called me to reschedule appt. It took her over three weeks to complete my taxes and her reason was because “they’ve been busy”! I had to keep calling her about updates on when my taxes would be completed.She doesn’t not explain anything right, when asked questions. Would NOT ADVISE THIS LOCATION. I’m convinced they just hire anybody.
