I wish I could give 0/5 stars. Do not go here!!nHonestly I’ll probably never go to an H&R Block service ever again. Earlier this year, pre-COVID, I got my taxes done here. I was recently divorced and had gone there the year before while I was married - I wasn’t disappointed in my services. But this year I had to get my taxes redone TWO times after I initially had them completed. That means I had to go to H&R Block THREE times for them to get my taxes CORRECT. I paid over $360 to get my taxes initially done and H&R Block’s idea of an apology is a $50 “We’re so sorry” check. I almost lost over $1000 in unclaimed tax money that took 4 people to look over my taxes to even realize they weren’t done correctly. I tried to get in touch with the manager several times (phone, email, etc.) and never heard anything productive back. All she did was talk to me once and then proceeded to ignore my phone calls or messages. I am very disappointed and would much rather take my chances doing my taxes myself.
