Wow! I am a first timer here! Called to schedule an appointment for taxes. I was told it was too late in the season and they are only helping people that come to them regularly. Poor customer service

New Address!!!! 800 Comptom Road I believe. VERY fast, incredibly priced and competent. The office has a very cozy, relaxed charm to it. I'll be back for as long as I'll be in Cincinnati.
