Had the worse experience ever I went to do my taxes and they charged me $312 dollars I paid up front to get my taxes back without any hold and did direct deposit found out they put my birthday wrong and I got a letter saying I have to verify myself couldnt online and because if the covid19 havent been able to call and today finally was able to do it now it will take another 9 weeks to get my refund which I filed almost 2 months ago and because it is pricessing I'm not able to receive the stimulas payment so I dont have the goverment check or my taxes I spoke with the owner dont get me started on him he acts new and said he dont kniw what to do that them having my birthday wrong doesnt affect anything thats not what they told me when I spoke with them today thats the reason I received the letter

This place is the worst! I tried to get insurance from them and I showed them the form of insurance I needed and told them I needed the exact specifications on the paper, they told me It was as possible! Fast forward 3 weeks later after trying to talk to them everyday they told me they couldn’t do it! I wasted so much time and $300 on this place! So I asked for a refund since I didn’t use the insurance and they just ignore my calls and texts! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Save your time money and headaches and go somewhere else! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Pésimo servicio. Unknowledgeable staff and don’t even get me started with the owners. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I promise what little money you save won’t be worth the headaches you’ll get having to deal with then.
