Go see Ms Terri Covin at this location! She went above and beyond and even stayed later to complete my return. She was very friendly and inviting and understood my medical exemption without a questioned asked! I praise her for that alone! Thank u for being an awesome tax preparer! And she even encouraged me to take classes to do this myself. Go get your taxes done and done right by Ms Covin at the Northland Blvd location! Ask about refer a friend! Tell her I sent u! Save $20!

The service this time was awesome I forget her first name but Mrs. Ford was very professional friendly and very fast, I give her 5 stars but for Jackson Hewitt 2 stars I know getting your taxes done cost money but the prices in my opinion are outrages especially when I can do them online for free myself if it wasn't for the advance that I desperately needed I would of never got them done especially since last year my taxes weren't sent in properly and jh did nothing to help me fix my notice I received so I literally paid for you to type my Info in I saw no help when it came to the info the irs needed from improperly filing

I will never file my taxes with JH every again over priced and they service was horrible my fiancé tax return was sent back 3 times I’ve filed his taxes the last 5 years and haven’t had any issues
