Pre ordered pizza and cheese sticks for Superbowl Sunday pickup. When I arrived, the food was ready. But the cheese sticks were burnt very badly. I took them to the counter and asked if they could redo them, and without hesitation they did! They were very friendly and helpful even though the place was packed! When I got the new cheese sticks, they came out perfect. You can tell they care about the customers here!
Great food, customer service and dining area. There are a few downsides though. They're delivery service needs to slow down and pay attention. I ordered a pizza and got passed up twice. Upon that, once I opened the box, the pizza was everywhere. Also, they are quite slow inside the restaurant. I bought a pizza and waited 40 minutes for it. But if you actually get your food, it is indeed delicious.
Our server is the best. We only try to stop ans eat when she is there because she is so wonderful. Since they changed management around the food has been awsome.
This place has gone so far down hill it isn't funny. Honestly they just need to shut down. No one there cares about the quality of the food or the service. Ordered 2 orders of wings, neither were edible. Offered a $5 credit when I spent twice as much and still had to go out and buy food we could actually eat.
Good waitress. We got the buffet. Not enough kitchen staff to keep it supplied. What food we could get was good. Just not enough of it. Don't go hungry, or you may have to leave that way.
