The experience Rob has is undeniably the best out there. When you work at his gym everyone's working together towards similar goals and its a lot of fun.

I’ve trained in many boxing gyms and this place is my favorite when I travel to Ohio. Rob is awesome and will cater to your needs. His classes are great. Wanna work hard and hit stuff? This is the place for you!

Small classes and all the great workouts for someone who already accustomed to pushing themselves.
