Car was having issues Sunday, requested an appointment for Monday. Doug got back to me early Monday morning saying they don’t have room for appointments but he can still help me out. Never had a repair so easy. Car was done within two hours, they do good and honest work never tried to up sell or create more problems. I was expecting to buy a new tire but they just did a quick patch. Most of the time when no one has appointments this would take all day and even until the next day at least in my experience. These guys took care of me and got me in when they did not have to. Thank you for being awesome and so easy.

Honest and simple. Make sure you have a AAA card ppl, it's worth more than you pay yearly!

I’ve live in Pleasant Ridge and I drive to this location even though there is a AAA Bob Sumerel in the neighborhood . I’ve had many tires patch and replaced there over the last few years, and they even repatched one for free when I ran over a nail hours after getting the car back from another leak.nnEarlier this week I took the SUV to get breaks repaired. They were clear upfront that they were swamped and that it could be a day or more before they got to it. With the pandemic we’re only using 1 car so it was not a big deal, until 5:30P when I realized we needed 2 cars first thing in the morning. I called and we agreed I’d pick it up The next day, but that I’d need to bring it back I to have the work done.nnWhen I got there at 8:45 the next morning the work had been done. Zeb (?) had the parts and apparently stayed late to get it done. Didn’t have too, he just did. Ther’re always pleasant. Always prompt. Always clear about they can and can’t get done.

Awesome. This place is a real find. Keep it in your contact list because it will come in handy one day. Super reliable and quality workers. Even though I came here for car repair, the other services by AAA were very helpful.
