Worst service. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru. Workers didn't even acknowledge us. Not wearing masks or gloves.

This is THE slowest McDonalds in the city! It takes nearly 20 minutes to get through and they forget the BBQ sauce every.single.time. And I thought this was fast food. Don’t come here unless you’ve got time to spare. And it’s 7:45pm on a Tuesday - not even prime dining hours. We could build another McDonalds in the time it takes to get your food.

My best experience about this franchise McDonald's was Dana, the morning/lunch change manager. Even though the restaurant was packed and she had a group of rebellious teens to wrangle into shape... she is level-headed, and able to fix problems on the fly, while giving the customer a 1 on 1 experience that genuinely was surprising this day and age. I plan to follow-up and call and commend Dana... but if you're ever over there know the food is hot, and service is good because of good management!

They have a busy location with lots of traffic. The drive-thru is a bit slow but they let you order inside so that helps a little. They still don't let you dine in and no free refills. I would recommend their new crispy chicken sandwich that is basically a direct copy of chick-fil-a sandwich albeit a little worse but on Sunday it will do in a pinch.

I ain’t gonna lie, I LOVE McDonald’s. But when I have to get to work soon and I am the only customer there, I expect the food to be ready on time in which my order was received. It should be within a reasonable time for just ONE customer. The restaurant has been operating in an unorganized fashion.
