I live right down the street. So closenTo my home. The customer service is excellent. Wether you drive through or walk in. This place is my happy place. Also I love my Starbucks but every Starbucks arenAre notnThe same. I have been to another one , also near me and morenTimes than not my hot coffee is not hot. Why would anyone lease anything here? Do you like struggling to turn left to get in and out? Do you like getting stuck in a 20 minute line? Have we got a show for you!!!nnEveryone knows what Starbucks is, they are a 5 star. This is a review of the location. Do not renew the lease here and tear down the entire establishment.

I've only been to this particular location twice, and my second visit was enough to make me say I'll probably never go back. Their drive-thru is an absolute mess due to being a single lane that takes you into both the drive-thru (which is typically backed up to Montgomery Road between 7a-10a) and into their itty bitty parking lot. The first visit wasn't terrible, staff was friendly, but the way their drive-thru wraps around their building, it's a tight fit for bigger vehicles (I drive a cargo van due to work.) This second visit was horrendous when I couldn't even get into the parking lot for 20 minutes and ended up picking up my drinks 30 minutes after placing a mobile order. I tried to call and address the situation because my drinks looked like liquified garbage poured into a cup at this point and the person only said to expect a wait during that time and most people walk in to pick up their orders. After trying to explain that I couldn't simply walk in because I couldn't even get into the parking lot, I realized the person either wasn't listening or didn't care enough to help in my situation. Thanks for your awful customer service, guy, and may you never be put into a similar position where the person you want to help you doesn't pay you two cents worth of attention.

Parking is hard. I’ve never been inside but I’ve gone through the drive through and they never have anything I order. Today I got a guava passion fruit drink and it tastes like straight up water.

Great location in the heart of Kenwood. Parking is always a challenge so use the adjacent lots at McD's or the mall. Also for a Starbucks this store is not up to cleanliness standards you'd expect. Needs some work here.
