went to this mcdonald’s yesterday, asked for a cookie tote. the male in back cash told me their oven is broken. asked for an apple fritter they told me they don’t have any bakery because oven is broken. handed me my mcflurry with ice cream around the cup. i know how the bakery goes, apple fritter, blueberry muffins and cookies get put in the display. you don’t need an oven for any of that. maybe too lazy to put 13 cookies down? such a horrible mcdonald’s every time i go something is always missing. the mcdonald’s down the road is much better they’re polite and decent. not bashing everyone at this mcdonald’s because there’s a good hand full of you guys that are polite and thoughtful.

Used McDonald’s mobile app today for the first time. App is simple to use. Decided I would get curb side pick up since I did not have a mask available to me to enter the building. 9:19 tell the app I have arrived and am at curbside spot 3. 9:29 get a message saying thanks for the order figure their on their way out with my food. 9:35 decide to go inside after finding a mask in the car. 9:40 finally get someone at the front counter and inform them that I never received my food. Tell him the order he repeats the order back exactly as I said it. 9:45 leaving the restaurant should have checked the order because now McDonald’s made even more money off me because they can’t give me all my food. These people have no idea what they are doing. Find a different location or better yet restaurant all together

I was 0.5 miles away at 10:57, unfortunately traffic kept me til 11:02 am. I asked politely if I could still get breakfast, the lady held firm that breakfast ended at 11 am. I understand the rules are rules mindset, but it seems like a bad business decision to lose an entire order over what amounts to a technicality. The breakfast was clearly still available as it was only 2 minutes. Poor customer service is never a good decision.
