I contacted Gundling & Company, CPA when i realized I needed additional help with the books for my business. Joyce explained her fee, what she would do and how she would help me to be self sufficient. We set up an appointment and a few days later I was sitting in her office while she explained a few things to me. She made it easy and understandable. She instructed me on my level, not on hers. She explained what I needed to do to move forward. I wish I'd have met with her months ago. I can't wait to continue learning from her.

Joyce was recommended by our attorney. We were fortunate to have a relative do our taxes for years but they were retiring. We have a small business that requires extra filing and she took it all on and worked well with our past accountant.nI do the daily work for the company and had some medical issues that slowed me down. She worked very closely with me that year and is always available for questions. A very enthusiastic lady.

I have worked with Joyce professionally since meeting her at a professional business develop seminar some 30 years ago. Joyce completes our small business tax's across Multiple states. She is always available to answer very complicated questions quickly with a smile and a great personality. All tax questions are supported with up to date documentation. I would recommend her CPA services to any person with a business.

I met Joyce while she was working for a major Cincinnati accounting firm about 25+ years ago. We continued to work with Joyce due to our trust level in her when she left to startup her own firm. Joyce supports multiple businesses that I have owned along with all our family's accounting needs. She has brought expert knowledge regarding tax laws/regulations, business accounting and personal accounting to make us successful over the years. Joyce has been readably available to provide quick response for both business & personal accounting related questions that arise throughout the year, and has supported us well with year end tax filings. One of the best things Joyce brings to the table - communications. Her ability to explain and point us to information has been extremely helpful. I don't like dealing with accounting/tax items - Joyce has made it much easier and pain-free for us with her level of personal touch.
