They are consistent at our Tim Horton's. Every Friday, I get the Turkey Club and it is the best! The toasted bread is always perfect. My wife gets the plain bagel with bacon egg and cheese and she says it is consistently spot-on. Last week they were out of plain bagels so she got the Turkey Club and loved it. 5 stars.

Very disappointed in everything about the visit today. I'm not angry or frustrated, just downright disappointed. Honestly I do like Tim Horton's, but this location has some MAJOR issues that need to be resolved asap. Only two employees, and one (who is the supervisor) clearly has a disability that prevents him from doing his job at all. They took over 25 mins to get me two sandwiches and two frozen drinks, and the drinks were both flooded over the side and a complete mess. They almost forgot to give us one but I had to remind them several times for it. They did not give us straws, which I had to ask for several times before finally getting them. I requested a receipt to make sure everything was charged correctly and I was told they would not be able to find it in their system. That makes me very nervous, and also explains why they seemed to keep forgetting half my order. I highly recommend higher management steps in and gets a new supervisor and maybe also hires another person or two to handle the work. They need it if they're going to stay open, and really this location should shut down until then.

My first 1 star review :(nInstead of being 20 minutes early to work today, I was 5 minutes late.nThere is no excuse to not be prepared between the hours of 7:00am - 7:50am as a coffee-serving, morning restaurant. This is prime time morning work traffic. Even McDonald's gets you out of their line in under 90 seconds guaranteed because they know how to accommodate to the people. That's why they've been around as long as they have and stayed at the top. I suggest you get better staff, better management or come better prepared for your morning crowd, or you'll be the next Sears and KMart.

Service is soooo slow at the drive through and employees seem surly. Tim's used to be open 24 hours a day with good coffee and food. Now, reduced hours and reduced quality, and higher prices. It's a shame as it was my go to place. A bunch of their restaurants have shut down locally, and I think it is because they have lost their way.
