I love hothead however lately every time we go to this location I get a bowl filled with rice hardly any toppings. I ordered a bag of chips and barely a 1/4 of a bag. Rice has been undercooked and crunchy also. My husbands burrito was smaller then a Taco Bell burrito. It’s just not what it used to be. ☹ufe0f
This would be a Zero experience but can't give that! It took the employees 3 of them to say one word to us. Nobody even acknowledged us standing there!!! The fenale employees were quite rude and had a bad way of showing their eye rolls. The queso is chunky and nasty looking.. THIS BY FAR THE WORST HOT HEAD I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO
While normally I'm a fan of the variety of toppings Hot Head can do, they've gone downhill since COVID-19 hit. This particular location is virtually always understaffed, and their curbside orders appear to be bottom of the priority list. You can pull up at your selected time and watch people walk in, order, get food, and leave well before your food shows up.nnEncouraging people to skip ordering online in favor of going in just to get decent service is the opposite of what you want to do in a pandemic.
This was not my best experience in a restaurant but not my worst especially during Covid staff were not wearing masks well when people were there and there wasn’t much room to social distance but I will say the food was ok
My order tonight was perfect. 12 out of ten.
