Love my local tropical smoothie. I regularly frequent this location and have never had a bad experience. Great staff, fresh ingredients, and always so yummy.
They only use Romain lettus for wraps and salads. You can get a better mix of greens from McDonald's. Also the chicken is the premade tyson bagged chicken you get from the grocery store. And just like the Tyson bagged chicken it's full of gristle. However the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Amazing food and smoothies, but extremely slow and overpriced service.
They do not know the difference between Pea Protein and Whey, nor the difference between turbinado (their sugar) and NO turbinado. The past 3 times I have been here they used the wrong protein and wrong sugar amount. If you have a food allergy or a sugar issue I highly suggest staying away from this location as they do not pay attention to what they put into their smoothies. I tried giving this location more chances as stuff happens, I understand that, but the poor training has been made obvious. Too expensive to be given drinks you can’t even have. Use caution.
So just got home and opened my sandwich up to see this it’s completely burnt and there’s bacon on it. The sign said smoked mozzarella grilled cheese, no where did it say anything about bacon being in it. I can’t eat pork. Plus, who gives a customer a burnt sandwich?? I mean who even does something like that. I’d be rethinking how you train your employees.
