Cassano's Pizza King

We thought we would give Cassano’s another chance tonight. Ordered pizza a few months ago and it was just ok . Definitely not like it used to be. Ordered subs tonight and the chopped steak was ok , which my husband had and I had the ham and cheese sub. How do you call that a sub ?!! Very flat and nothing on it . I’ve never seen a sub with paper thin ham on it . Plus charged $ 7.99 for it . Sorry..... we won’t be back !!!!

We love their pizza, but two things keep coming up. The pizza is not consistent. Sometimes it's dry and others it has too much sauce. When they re-did the website we lost all of our points, then when we earned more money off, the website doesn't/didn't/ won't accept the codes and staff did not honor the code either. We have switched to Donatos because of this.

I do like their pizza. Something about it.

Used to be one of my favorites, but i wont be ordering here anymore. The pizza's been awful lately. I Always ask for well done pizza and end up with a barely cooked one instead.nEven had a customer service agent ask me if i wanted ran thru the oven twice and take the risk of it being burnt or did i just want it crispy. Advised i wanted well done but instead I got a barley cooked.
