The gym itself is nice and I appreciated their ladies only room, but it's virtually impossible to cancel your membership. My husband and I both work full-time, and their operations manager (the only one who can do terminations) is available from 9-5. We asked them to send us paperwork to cancel, but that didn't happen either.

We joined this gym a couple weeks ago and after several visits I have no complaints. The staff are super friendly and most people are courteous while working out. Being a bigger gym they have all the equipment you could want, but if you're not personal training, BYOB (bring your own band). I haven't seen any in the place, but I'm sure it's a COVID protocol thing, so I'm not too upset about it. (Also the first gym I've ever worked out in that wasn't at a school of some type, so that could be it too). Overall, a solid place.

The staff here is friendly, and the equipment here is easy to use and effective. There are pictures on most things that show you how to use the equipment to get the most beneficial work out and also some text just in case you're still confused. When I started going here, I had no biceps, and now my biceps are bigger. The only reason why it is four stars is because on days that the gym is crowded, some equipment can never be used because everyone is using it and a lot of the equipment is slippery.

Don‘t join the membership if you are not signed up yet, cause it’s not worth it.nnDon’t quit if you already enrolled, cause they will keep sending you messages and giving you calls at night. Even after you told them that you no longer need it.

Nice place! So many options..racketball, weights, machines on 2 levels, track, dry sauna, showers, lap pool, women's only section. Very clean.
