Literally the worst and most inefficient business in the area. Ordered tires online and they’ve been available for the installation I paid for. Every time I call to make an appointment (which is the only time they’ll so much as look at your car) no one EVER picked up the phone. This is probably due to the fact that they don’t schedule people to work and then don’t let someone work on cars if there is only one person there.....all of this according to an employee. So no work on cars really gets done. Been in 12 times now for walk-in attempt....at 7am and they won’t do a walk-in. It’s impossible to actually get your car worked on here. Try literally any other place.
Worst auto and tire place possible. Has no care or concern for their members. Worst customers service I have ever experienced and they should reconsidered hiring new staff in that department
