Customer service here is amazing. Prices are fair. It does get busy and wait times can be on the long side during peak times. Still I have never had a bad experience here and they do not try to sell you unneeded services or try and force you into any service you do not want to have done.

As a woman, sometimes I feel that I can be looked down upon when it comes to getting services for my car. THIS Valvoline in Beavercreek has a woman manager, which made me feel so much more comfortable. The staff was friendly and courteous, and were very professional. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of an oil change!
