Hung up on me when they didn't have the part. Went again today 7/9/20 to buy a part salesman was very helpful but when I decided to pay for the part they tried charging me over $30 when the price tag on the item said $15 and change. Won't be back

Excellent experience with Lewis RV!! From Connie in sales, to Rick and the team in service, to Ray Lewis himself, the purchase of my Travato could not have been handled by a better team. All RV purchasers should expect an issue here and there, yet the team ensured that my purchase went smoothly and spent half a day going over all the systems to make sure everything was right. There was a minor issue after I was on the road and the team remained helpful during each call to walk me through options. The team at Lewis RV provide a customer experience that is hard to find in today’s world of chain stores and mass production. I traveled halfway across the country to purchase from Lewis RV, and will happily travel back for any future needs. Great people with the best deals you will find. Honest up front pricing. Great selection of Class B and C Winnebago motor homes. Not located just a mile from the Winnebago factory in Forrest City Iowa.
