It all started when I inquired online about a vehicle they had in the lot. The “sales associate” that responded was very short, distant and rude. He also took forever to get back to me. I let it slide. Figured they were busy. I drove to the dealership yesterday to look at the vehicle and when I got there, I stood outside the vehicle for about 6 minutes before the “sales associate” came out. I got there about 20 minutes before they closed and offered whatever information and documentation needed to take the vehicle for a test drive. I’ve never heard someone give so many BS excuses to get out of a test drive. Needless to say, the lack of professionalism and integrity cost them my business. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going to this facility.
