We saw a truck posted and called right away. Dustin was helpful and from the time of my test drive to finished paper work was less than an hour! All of the folks I came in contact with there were helpful and knowledgeable. Jeff helped make pick up special as it was our son's first truck. He was excited to share in the moment with us.

Bought a car from this place for $5,500 and it appeared in good shape. Little did I know the car turns out to have never been checked by the dealership for problems but yet they sold it to us anyway. On their website, it says and I quote, “We at Krug Auto sales offer reliable vehicles”. The underside of the vehicle was completely rusted out and my own mechanic said this is highly unsafe to drive and the car could of collapsed with a couple big bumps in the road. The owner wouldn’t give us our full money back which doesn’t make sense since they sold us a faulty car. This was an unfair trade practice and things like this should not be ok. I could of potentially been harmed in this car and the people at Krug didn’t even decide to check the vehicle before putting it up for sale. Tim acted nice trying to get us to trade our vehicle for something else in their lot but when we decided we wanted our money back, he acted entirely different and made it seem like this was our fault.
Cars are not priced appropriately. Staff is not as organized as I thought. I had to pay more money then I was quoted. I'd say shop around before going here. I lost my last bit of savings on the car.
