Great staff and very helpful. Parts Department is second to none. (Seriously, those guys are great). Service Department is top notch, even when busy they are very friendly and professional.nThe one sales member I've met (Matt Yoxtheimer) was very no pressure and worked hard to get me in something that fitted my needs. Even taking calls on his day off.nWe will definitely be back in the near future.

I recently purchased this RAV4 Hybrid from Voss Toyota. My experience from the minute I walked in was amazing. Everyone was focused on great customer service. Matt Y. ensured that my experience was stellar! His follow up with my numerous questions was super timely and helpful. He was very informative about my options. This kind of outstanding service allowed me to make a great decision on an SUV. Thank you!

Tony patiently explained the maintenance and repairs my car needed. He didn’t rush me as I debated what I wanted to do. He even went the extra mile to look for coupons and other ways to help me save money. He did this without prompting and it is just now that I’ve crunched the numbers that I realized how much he helped me save. I would kindly ask the staff who reads this review to extend my gratitude to Tony and my apologies that I didn’t thank him in person. I would highly recommend Voss Toyota :)

I figured since I found this place from Google reviews I would put one out there! My son moved to Dayton area for his first job after college and needed a car. Mike and the staff are friendly but not in your face run at you in the parking lot as soon as you exit your car. Mike was great with my smiling oldest son here with his newly leased Corolla Hybrid!

Just bought my first new car in decades from Voss Toyota. Everyone, especially Floyd, was especially patient as I found my perfect vehicle at just the right price. Thanks, Voss Toyota! Whenever I buy my next new car (anytime in the next 2 decades), I will be coming to you. You know- just from a business standpoint- if you would stop making such dependable vehicles with such supportive maintenance staff to back it up, I might come buy cars from you more often. Just saying....
