Best service from Manager and service technicians. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The knowledge that I was given concerning the malfunction of my engine light was given in great detail. I was very happy with the whole experience!

I just bought my 2nd car from here (in past 18 months). Didn't like my first experience, due to the salesman (Matt) who is no longer there. This time Robert was my salesman, and he was much better! Not pushy, didn't try to argue with me, and was very easy to work with! Finance guy (Scott, I believe) was outstanding (both then and now). He was also easy to work with and very personable. I've used the Service department a couple of times, and they were always first rate! Overall, I do recommend Kia of Beavercreek! My wife wants to buy a Telluride soon...guess we'll be back there next year!
