Mathew R. was wonderful. He was respectful on my choices, never once pressured me into a deal that wasn't good for me and worked very hard to help me buy a new 2021 Blazer. He was kind and knowledgeable. He helped me take advantage of all discount programs we qualified for, including the first responder discount and I appreciated that.nDebi L. was also amazing. She was kind, efficient and made signing paperwork less of a chore with her comfortable conversations. She was personable and I appreciated that.
I am in to show the truck I had been looking at to my husband. Rick meet us then backed off some to give us time to look over the truck and talk about it. He was very quick to get the keys and asked if we wanted to take her for a test drive. Once back he gave us time to talk some more then got the paperwork started for us to purchase my new truck. I was very happy with my overall experience. Will be back as soon as the parts come in that where back ordered. Mary in parts was extremely helpful in getting us the truck after the parts that where not back ordered came in.
Overall outstanding experience here. Jerry Popp was great! Very nice job by all. Was my first purchase there and felt very comfortable. Drove an hour to get there and it was worth it. I highly recommend them!
Best car buying experience. Matt was wonderful in explaining all the numbers. No pressure and very helpful finding the perfect ride. The whole staff is great.
It was faster than the last time I bought a truck which was nice. With Covid-19 I did a lot more online than normal which was also nice. Some of the other dealerships would push you to come in and talk about pricing and other things which was not good for me since I was in a high risk category. So I really like the being able to do a lot more online than in person.
