I absolutely love them! I’ve been coming here since I moved to Ohio almost five years ago. They are warm and welcoming, honest and put your best interest first. I recommend them to everyone I know. This is my second home and I am able to put my complete trust in them. Chloe checked in with me throughout the last few months and before I knew it, they had exactly what I was looking for. They came in to the dealership on their day off and had my paperwork ready with the car already detailed and ready to go home with me! They even negotiated a cheaper interest rate with my credit union! If you’re looking for honesty and quality, this is the first place to start

Abel Gallagher was AWESOME!! He was very attentive to my car needs/wants and helped me to find the PERFECT car for me!! I wasn't in a huge hurry, so we spent 3 months corresponding about various cars in their inventory until he found THE ONE for me. (He must have the patience of a saint!) He called me at work on Thursday morning, I was at the dealership by 6pm to look at his awesome find and put money down to secure the deal by 7pm. I bought the car on Saturday morning and I'm so happy with my purchase! Thank you, Abel!!!! I love my Mazda!

This was the way car buying should be. I wont ever head to another dealership or salesperson for a car in the future. Chloe was a dream to work with and made this the easiest experience we have ever had at a dealership. The attention to detail was beyond compare and the upbeat attitude made me feel safe about buying my Cx-5. I usually never write reviews but I couldn’t help myself on this one. Chloe is a fantastic young lady who has our business for life!

This dealership was very professional, kind, friendly, and very hardworking. Jeff Dixon really went above and beyond to help get me in the right car. I came in about an hour to close thinking it would be plenty of time (first time car buyer) and Jeff stuck around almost two hours after close to get me in the perfect car. I couldn’t believe the patience that he had and the person who helped find me financing.nThank you to the whole crew at Jeff Schmidt. The online associates were also very kind and helpful! A very knowledgeable group!

I bought my CX-5 at Jeff Schmitt a couple years ago and have been using their service department for routine maintenance since. Today is a perfect example of why I keep going back. They gave me a complimentary vehicle to drive for the day while my car was getting serviced and I accidentally locked the keys in the car. Michael, a service technician, was extremely helpful and coordinated for another technician, Jacob, to meet me nearly 30 minutes away and help get the car unlocked. Both individuals were courteous and understanding and truly happy to help. Can’t thank them enough for making a frustrating situation more manageable. Highly recommend!
