Great experience this weekend getting my son his first car. From the moment we walked in until the process was complete, we felt like we were the most important people there. No pressure, just thanks for coming in and let's see if we can help you.nnI felt like they went out of their way to get my son a great deal, something not often seen in that industry.nnUpdate: went in for service and they went out of their way to ensure we were the most important people in the room. The only way to keep my business is to make me feel important and you've done that tenfold at your dealership.

Best car buying experience ever!!! Jason, our salesman was wonderful. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He pulled the Nissan Maxima I was interested in out, and went over every detail! That was impressive!!! I’ve never had a car salesman do that before. He even called and checked in with me a few days later to make sure I was happy with my new car. Mario the sales manager was also amazing! He definitely went above and beyond to get me the best deal for my trade, and he made sure I got an affordable payment. He was very professional, and friendly throughout the entire process as well! Rob Terrill in the Finance Dept. Was hands down the coolest, most genuine dude ever! He was very professional and got us an awesome rate. It had been a very stressful week, but after meeting Rob we were definitely reminded that there are still a few good people left in this world! We liked him so much!!! We had such a good time while closing the deal and sharing conversation and laughs, my husband exchanged phone numbers with him. We not only got a new car that day, we also made a new friend! I’ll definitely be referring this team to all my friends that are looking to purchase a new car, and I plan on doing all my business in the future with these 3 guys at Jeff Schmitt Nissan!!!

We were treated with the utmost courtesy . I especially want to give our sales rep a big pat on the back. Jim Parker. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Also the sales manager and your business manager were both helpful and it was a pleasure working with all three. Thanks again for making our visit enjoyable and pleasant.

Purchased a Nissan Kicks from Jeff Schmitt Nissan. Mario McIntosh was a delight to work with and Billy Grimes, Rob T and a few other guys (I forget their names) were incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Bottom line I love my car and feel great about my deal. No high pressure, no locking you in a room ... just friendly people trying to get the best deal possible. Highly recommend. Great car buying experience!

Everyone is awesome. At one point I was having a meltdown. It’s not that anything was wrong but just anxiety being a single woman buying a new vehicle overwhelmed me. Mario took a lot of time explaining everything to me. I know I got a good deal and I feel blessed. Kudos to everyone who helped me out today. Also special thanks to Jeremy for the pizza and snacks.
