They take your order pretty quickly but then send you a parking spot to wait. I waited 20min for 10 sausage mcgriddle. I realize 10 is a lot, but 20min? This is not an isolated event, I have had this same kind of thing happen most of the time at this location. Usually it's about 10min.

I got into the drive thru 10 minutes after 10. They were not busy it was me and 2 other cars. At the window they handed me the wrong drink, I let them know, and they gave me the wrong drink again and asked me to pull forward. I waited for 50 minutes to have them tell me maybe I could get the drink I ordered and to be handed the wrong food twice. I called and asked when I was getting my food only to be given the wrong food again. Then, when I tried to call the wouldn’t answer the phone. Never had such terrible service.

Lobby open, cashiers standing behind registers to take orders, but as soon as you walk in they turn around and put up a sign saying drive thru only. Real nice attitude, didn't know that was acceptable.

Went thrthe drive thru around 1pm March 24th, 2021 and ordered my kiddos happy meals expecting the new Raya and the Last Dragon toys. When the kiddos received a Twister toy I called and asked if they had the Raya toys. I was told yes. When I went back through to get them I was told they were out by two people. When I asked why I was told they had them less than 5 minutes ago they asked if I called that location which I had. Then surprise! They had them. They apologized but I call BS that's just bad service and flat out lying to customers.

What the heck is with this practice of asking people to park? You can see in my picture my car, another next to us, and one along the building, all waiting on food. Why even have a drive through at all? Shut it down and do curb side pickup...
