I waited 35 minutes to get my drink through mobile order, and they didn't even start it until I went up and asked about it. They had forgotten about the drink and had said it aside. Where's Starbucks experience I've ever had, and I've had them get my drinks wrong many times.
Didn’t make mobile order until we were in store, defeats the purpose of mobile ordering
Been closed for over a week.
Every time I go they are helpful and so sweet! I always leave with a great coffee and a smile due to the service :)
The Make wonderful white chocolate Mochas. They Are happy to add extra Carmel, Whip cream, Nut flavors and other such stuff to your drinks if you ask for it.nnThey had these zombie flavored drinks around Halloween I asked if I didn't like it if I could order a new drink Free of charge. They said yes and they honored it. They told me that if you ordered a drink and did not like it that they made you a new drink for free.nnDepending on the time of the day the lines can be a little long but the coffee is worth it.
