PNC bank isn't bad. This location and their customer service, however, is terrible. 2 days In a row, I tried to get added to my husbands account. Day 1, they say come on in. We go there, lobby is closed so we go through drive through, where we are told that we have to make an appointment. Day 2. We go in for the appointment and they need 2 forms of ID, your SS card doesnt count. Okay. Whatever. We call another location and they were able to handle us right away. I'll never mess with this location again.

I love coming to this branch everyone is so helpful and courteous. The Branch Manager Marquis is very knowledgeable and always engages with the clients. I have hardly ever had to wait for long periods of time without someone letting me know they will be with me soon. I enjoy coming to a branch where I feel welcome and respected.

I’ve been banking with PNC for all my life. And today I was unable to cash a check drawn off of PNC just because they said rules changed and they can’t cash it and then deposit it in my account. I’ve worked at several banks before and every single one they will allow you to cash a check drawn off of an account of their own as long as the funds are available in the account it’s drawn off of. They told me to use the ATM if I want to do that. This makes no sense. If I would have just said I want to cash it they would, but if I want to cash it then deposit it as cash into my account, i can’t? Doesn’t make any sense. I felt like they were just trying to make problems out of nothing and they were very annoying with how they handled me as a customer. I won’t go back to this branch again that’s for sure.

I've been banking here for 7 years, I have personal and business accounts. Some of the most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly tellers and management I've ever been blessed to work with. They have met every problem I've run up against head on, quickly and efficiently.
