Had to get a new debit card and checks and was told they won’t arrive till April if I’m lucky. I have bills due and can’t pay them because I don’t have those items. I work 3 jobs so time is something I don’t have. I can’t just leave a job to go get cash out to go to a pay center to hope that they take cash to pay a bill. I might as well find a new bank that cares about its customers.

I like WPCU...however with this COVID...they are making it very unpleasant and unfriendly to do business. They ask all these COVID questions before entering the store and what to take your temp.I had a mask on my face...IF MASK ARE GOOD AND GRAND THEN WHY ALL THE OTHER STUFF...YOU ARE NOT DOCTORS!!nENOUGH IS ENOUGHnI call Corp to inquire about the issue and waited on line for 10 mins and then they hung up on me! I am seriously looking into switching to another local small credit union...especially after being hung up on.

Absolutely insane that they are willing to let people sit in a drive thru for over an hour. How can every other business function with plexi glass and safety precautions but yet Wright Patt is fine with making you wait. Not to mention as I sit here, I can hear the tell er apologizing over and over, meaning she has made mistakes during the transaction. Unbelievable. I sat in the same spot without moving for 20 minutes, while one car took this much time for a transaction.

The only bank in the area to close their lobby to thousands of people who bank there and waste their time in the drive thru.. they spend all this money to put up plexiglass and we still wear mask and they still inconvenience us. I personally think its a way to cut staff and save more money for the board members. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks for having us sit in the drive thru for hours. With a business account you can't use the ATM that you keep referring to. We have to add deposits and get change. Thats like shutting down a kroger. Makes zero sense.
