The preparer I had was polite and I really thought I would return here avain next year but after I finally received my refund they took out way more fees than what is on my paper and that they told me they would and then their bank locked me out of my account as soon as they put my refund on my car so that I couldn't see the fees they took out.. I am not sure if I will ever go back to them again I highly doubt it and should of just did them myself.
I've been coming here for seven years and have never had any complaints! I always get fantastic service and I know my taxes are done right. Sherry did my taxes this time and she was super friendly and awesome!
I love Jackson Hewitt. All the employees are friendly and kind. They are consistent with how they handle everything. I know what to expect. Friendly faces. Love them! Easy to find location at Beavercreek Walmart as well. Its always right beside customer service!
