I was so sure I would never get my judgment against an illegal immigrant that has little to no documentation anywhere in public records that is constantly moving and constantly going broke. I met Jonathan as we were both hosting promotion booths on a golf course. About a year later he took on my case with what seemed to me like he would have very little hope of getting paid but he had total confidence. He was able to track down enough information that with a little of God's intervention we were able to track this guy down and I got all the money I was owed minus Jonathan's fee. He's responsive, professional, compassionate, and efficient. I would go to him again if I needed to recoup another judgment.

Jonathan did a very impressive job for us. He was fast, knowledgeable and skilled. Within four days of accepting our case he began executing on property necessary to collect our judgment with the help of a constable. Very well done!

My property management company R.E.N.T. has used Kirk law for collections for a bunch of our collections on tenants that skip out or get evicted. Jonathan and his firm does a great job on collecting for us. We have used a bunch of other collection agencies in the past and we have had the most success with these guy. I would recommend them!
