Had been ordering carryout during night time from this location for over 2 years and was an excellent service until today afternoon.nnWe went to order at around 4pm and our food was cold, taste was not as expected, and our kids meal chips were stale. In addition, we used a coupon for a free burrito from our rewards that was not discounted.nnWe might give this location another chance sometime late at night hopefully it turns as our previous experiences.

Since the pandemic began, this particular location has somehow remained overwhelmed despite being fully staffed. If you order online, you should not anticipate having your order ready for anywhere from 20-40 minutes (I've waited almost an hour, on a few occasions) after your chosen arrival time. This problem has been ongoing for at least a year now, with no progress made in regards to fixing it, and I will not be ordering from this location again, despite its convenient location.nnToday, I ordered for 8:00pm. I waited until just about 8:30, when I found out they were still filling orders for 7:30. Absolutely absurd.
I stopped at this Chipotle on my way home to Indiana this evening with the excitement of getting a delicious burrito to celebrate national burrito day. Unfortunately, after entering the lobby, I was turned away because they only do mobile orders? At first I thought the young girl was joking since it was April fools day, but nope she was dead serious! I am unable to do mobile orders, I don't have one of the fancy phones full of apps, I only have a flip PHONE for making calls and the occasional text message. Also, 50% of why I liked going to Chipotles in the past was because I was able to watch them make my food and see how the ingredients actually looked... so I wouldn't even want to do a mobile order if I was able to. This was a very disappointing experience and I doubt I'll be giving this restaurant chain another chance. HUGE FAIL at customer service and satisfaction.
We love chipotle's food of course, but this location is so slow for delivery and pick up. We ordered with a pick up time of 6:45, it's now 7:15 and we are still waiting for our order. They also often don't include things that were in our order for delivery.
