The girl they have working early mornings is always friendly and quick.nThis last week they look open but no one answering the drive thru. This sucks because at 3:30 am there is no other place open to grab coffee not that I can drink any coffee other then Tim”s.

Me and my dad ordered a six pack of donuts 2 sprinkle two Boston cream, one honey curler and on Christmas tree donut but instead of the honey curler and Christmas tree we got plain chocolate donuts. This happened again when we went to get the Christmas tree donut we got a glazed donut they didn’t say there were out and this has happened multiple times. The food is good it’s just they never get our order right

I regret the need to post this review because I love Tim Horton’s, but ... the dining room was recently re-opened because of the pandemic. This morning at 8:45 there were 5 or 6 people working, all doing specific things which DID NOT include helping the person standing at the counter in front of them. After waiting a good long time, a woman finally acknowledged my presence with a “just a minute honey” and I waited some more. I took my purchase and sat down with my family only to realize there were no napkins in the bag. After scouring the place and finding no napkins, I returned to the counter and waited again. That experience was bad enough, but the floor was dirty, the table (even though it said it had been sanitized) did not even look clean. I used the rest room before leaving and NO TOILET PAPER IN MY STALL. This Tim Hortons was clearly not prepared to reopen the dining room to the public.

I love this Tim Hortons, I cant remember the woman’s name but she was so kind and made sure everything was perfect. I came in quite late and she still offered great service, I called prior to arriving and she was very helpful over the phone. I believe her name was shawna or something close to that and she really made my night.
