I get the same thing every time - a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. They have ACTUALLY toasted it ONCE. I ask every time before I pull off if they toasted it - I literally watched the manager today NOT toast it then LIE TO ME when I asked if he toasted it. I didn’t have time to fight about it today, but I will be fighting with them next time because it is the simplest step in the process - you literally put a sliced bagel on a rolling toaster and don’t touch it til it’s out - and because the staff literally keep lying to me and saying that a cold bagel was toasted. Genuinely just appalling service. Y’all treat all your customers like they don’t know got from cold??

Girl at window was super friendly and nice but food was inedible. Ended up throwing it out wen I got to work. Hashbrown was cold and gross. Biscuit sandwich came in crumpled pieces that looked half eaten. If it wasn't for the egg being whole and the bacon I would've thought so. I couldn't even eat as sandwich. Maybe I'll try another item another day but the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit I got I wouldn't recommend.

During my last 3 attempts in the morning hours, there has been no one at the drive-thru taking orders. I normally like to stop through before work and I have shown up at different times after 5am and have even waited at the speaker for someone to answer to no avail. I looped the drive thru because there was someone else behind me this time attempting to order as well and they were not serviced either. When I drove past the window, I could see at least two members carrying on conversation and one of them had seen me. When I went around to the speaker again, still was not serviced.

Grabbed second breakfast and it hit the spot. Breakfast #1 with coffee and apple fritter was great.

My coffee was Luke warm, and tasted like dirty dish water. I wish there was some other place to go. You got me over the barrel. Another 3 dollar coffee poured out the window. But I'll keep complaining and you'll keep on not caring. Vicious circle.
