Absolute amazing place to deliver. Showed up 1.5 hours early to deliver a full trailer here and was docked right away and 13 minutes later I was completely empty and paperwork in hand. The staff is all extremely friendly and was a pleasure to deal with. Would love to deliver here in the future!
Got here @6:30, still here @10:35, normally their pretty good about unloading in a timely manner, and looks to me like their no busier than usual, I'm trying to b patient.
To long to get unloaded everytime I have to go there its 2 hrs
Ok but bad additude
When I delivered to the business things went well and on schedule. When I pulled out of the dock I noticed that my new push broom that I lay in the rear of my trailer had been run over and completely destroyed. When I talked to shipping about the issue they told me “the only thing that should be in YOUR trailer is OUR freight“ and it was my fault. That’s not how people should be treated and I would never do that to a person that I’m doing business with. Unprofessional/hateful. I would give one star but I did get out within a reasonable amount of time.
